Here are excerpts from our conversation with Bidur Kumar Tyagi, an AgroStar Saathi partner based out of Madhya Pradesh:
How did you come to know about AgroStar and what inspired you to join our mission?
I got to know about Agrostar from the field team, I got a good feeling and decided to get involved. After I got involved, I took the products and gave them to the farmers, the results were very good. I was very happy to see the results of the products and it inspired me to continue working with AgroStar.
Is there any experience as a farmer or any conversation as a Saathi partner that you would like to share with us?
A farmer had come to me from Raising Pura village, he had bought a commando torch and mist gun from AgroStar in the past, he came to my shop after seeing the board and was praising these products a lot. He started talking to fellow farmers about AgroStar and now I'm seeing a lot of farmers from my village coming to my shop. Farmers are happy that they are getting their Agrostar products whenever they want from my store.
How has your personal and professional life changed after becoming an AgroStar Saathi partner?
After joining AgroStar, I am confident that I am selling good quality products to the farmers, and at the same time my business is also growing rapidly. The products we have are not available in any other shop nearby which gives my shop exclusivity. We have a superior standard of products because of the brand Agrostar. So farmers keep coming back to the shop and that makes me and my family very happy.
How do your family and relatives feel about you working with AgroStar?
This year, during the Saathi Safal meets with AgroStar, I was accompanied by my entire family. The experience was fantastic. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, adorned with a tilak, garlanded, and made to feel incredibly happy. Respect was shown in such a wonderful manner that I have not experienced in any other company's meetings. AgroStar team members provided us with such valuable information, and we felt that we are connected to a group of wonderful people who are providing excellent products to the farmers. Our confidence grew, and the children were especially happy.
Even at the event, AgroStar engaged with our kids made them happy, danced with them, and took photos together. The children were thrilled and said, 'Papa, your company not only works with you but also respects us!'.
Whenever I attend a wedding or a family function, everyone asks if I am working with AgroStar. They appreciate the company, and people inquire about the products.
Do you have any dreams or goals that you think AgroStar is helping you achieve?
My dream is that everyone in my area knows about my shop, and they buy all their required products from here. I want them to come to me and say, 'These products have given us excellent results.’ Ever since I joined AgroStar, my business has grown significantly. I feel that my dream is coming true, and soon my name will be known throughout the entire area.
Is there any team member from AgroStar who has inspired you to bring a positive change in your AgroStar journey?
In AgroStar, all the team members are excellent, and everyone I have spoken to have provided me with good feedback. However, I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Sharad Mishra. He has helped me resolve every issue I encountered. Whenever I call him, even if he is on vacation, he picks up my call and talks to me with great confidence. If I tell him that certain products are not selling or if there is any problem, he assures me not to worry and promises to provide me with complete support. His style of handling things is what I admire the most. He is absolutely top-notch.
What message would you like to give to those who want to become AgroStar partners?
To all the aspiring new Saathi Partners, my message is to join and offer these products to farmers with the help of AgroStar. We have excellent products, and your business will surely grow. Here, honesty is valued a lot. You will receive exactly what you ordered; there is no deception in even one rupee. From my personal experience, I can confidently say that my business has doubled, and yours will too. So, I strongly urge you to join and be a part of this journey.

मेरे पास रायसिंग से एक किसान आये थे , उन्होंने कमांडो टोर्च लिया था , उसकी काफी तारीफ़ कर रहे थे , और मिस्ट गन भी काफी पसंद आयी उनको , जो अपने प्रोडक्ट्स है उनको लेने किसान आते है और छिड़काव के बाद रिजल्ट बहोत बढ़िया आया है उनको , वो बताने भी आते है मुझे , साथ ही साथ मेरे यहाँ के किसानो को अभी जब चाहे तब अपने एग्रोस्टार के प्रोडक्ट्स मिल जाते है , डिलीवरी की समस्या नहीं आती तो वो काफी खुश है |

मुझे कॉन्फिडेंस आया है की में एक अच्छा प्रोडक्ट बेच रहा हु , किसानो को अच्छी चीज दे रहा हु , और साथ ही साथ मेरे बिज़नेस बढ़ रहा है , हमारे पास जो प्रोडक्ट है वो किसी और दूकान में नहीं है , हमारे पास अलग तरह का स्टैण्डर्ड प्रोडक्ट ब्रांड है एग्रोस्टार तो किसान हमारे पास ही बार बार आता है , मेरा परिवार भी काफी खुश है एग्रोस्टार के साथ जुड़कर |
आपके परिवार और रिश्तेदारों को कैसा लगता है की आप एग्रोस्टार परिवार के साथ काम कर रहे है ?
इस साल जो साथी सफल मीटिंग लिया था उसमे में अपने पुरे परिवार के साथ आया था, अनुभव मेरा बहोत ही बढ़िया रहा , हम जैसे ही वह पोहचे, हमें साफा बंधवाया गया , टिका लगाया , माला पहनाई गयी, हमें बहोत ख़ुशी हुई, हमारा इतने अच्छे से सम्मान किया गया, में बाकी कंपनी की भी मीटिंग में जाता हु, पर जैसी मीटिंग आपने की वैसी मीटिंग कोई नहीं करता, इतने अच्छी जानकारी अधिकारीयों द्वारा दी गयी, हमें लगा की हम बहोत अच्छे लोगों के साथ जुड़े हुए है, अच्छे ब्रांड की चीजे किसानो को दे रहे है, हमारा कॉन्फिडेंस और बढ़ गया, बच्चे तो बहोत खुश थे |

मेरा सपना है की मेरे पुरे एरिया में सब लोग मुझे जाने , और मेरे साथी दूकान से सारे प्रोडक्ट ले , और बोले मुझे इन प्रोडक्ट्स का बहोत अच्छा रिजल्ट आया , जब से में जुड़ा हु तब से मेरा बिसनेस बहोत बड़ा है तो मुझे लगता है की मेरा सपना पूरा हो रहा है , जल्द जी पुरे एरिया में मेरा नाम होगा |

एग्रोस्टार की जो टीम है सभी अधिकारी बहोत अच्छे है , जिससे मैंने बात की है उन्होंने मुझे अच्छी प्रतिक्रिया दी है , पर मेरे नाम लेना चाहूंगा शरद मिश्रा जी का , उन्होंने मेरी हर समस्या को सुलझाया है , जब भी में फ़ोन करता हु , अगर उनकी छुट्टी होती है तब भी वो मेरा कॉल उठाते है , और बात करते है , एक कॉन्फिडेंस से बात करते है वो , अगर मैंने बोला कोई माल नहीं बिक रहा है , या कोई समस्या है , तो वो बोलते है , आप चिंता मत करो , हम आपको पूरी मदत करेंगे , कॉन्फिडेंस देते है वो मुझे तो में लोड फ्री हो जाता हु , तो उनकी ये शैली मुझे सबसे अच्छी लगी , एकदम टॉप|

जो नए साथी पार्टनर जुड़ना चाहते है , उनको मेरा सन्देश है की जुड़े और अपने प्रोडक्ट्स किसानो को दे , अच्छे प्रोडक्ट्स है , बिजनेस जरूर बढ़ेगा , यहाँ सौ परिषत ईमानदारी से काम होता है , जितना हमने माल मंगाया उतना ही आता है , १ रुपये की भी बेनामी नहीं है , में तो कहूंगा जरूर जुडो , मेरा बिज़नेस तो डबल हुआ है , आपका भी होगा
