Here are excerpts from our conversation with Parthbhai Gandhi, an AgroStar Saathi partner based out of Gujarat:
How did you come to know about AgroStar and what inspired you to join our mission?
I have been familiar with AgroStar for the past 5 years. Initially, I was associated as
a farmer and used AgroStar's spray pump and Tarplus. Later, Harun Bhai from AgroStar informed me about the AgroStar store. I found AgroStar's services to be excellent, with home delivery of products and high product quality. I have personally used AgroStar products in my own field and knew they were of great quality. The fact that I could find all the required high-qualtiy products under one roof, such as seeds, hardware, pesticides, and fertilizers, made it even more appealing. Unlike other companies, AgroStar ensures that we get exactly what we need, in the required quantities and at competitive rates.
Is there any experience as a farmer or any conversation as a Saathi partner that you would like to share with us?
My shop is located within the market yard, and I proudly display a dedicated counter for AgroStar's branded products. Once, a fellow farmer visited my shop and saw all the Gladiator pumps, Tarplus, and Florofix products. He was curious and asked me if he could find AgroStar's products at my shop. I enthusiastically informed him that all AgroStar products are available at the red AgroStar store. Whatever products he needed, he could easily find them here. He was thrilled and even made a purchase. He also spread the word among his friends that there is an AgroStar store in our area. Initially, it was a great help to me, as more farmers started visiting my store. They would come to see the products and the AgroStar branding, which eventually led to more purchases. The delivery time that used to take 3-4 days became much faster and more convenient. Even farmers from Madhya Pradesh started coming to my store to see the products. It gradually increased footfall in my store.
How has your personal and professional life changed after becoming an AgroStar Saathi partner?
Previously, I didn't stock a wide range of products in my store. The range and availability of products have improved significantly since I started with AgroStar. This partnership has not only enhanced my professional life but also provided me with a diverse product range and better business opportunities. I am grateful for the positive changes AgroStar has brought to both my personal and professional life.
How do your family and relatives feel about you working with AgroStar?
Even on my family's birthdays, we receive cakes from AgroStar. It feels like a family, and my family members also feel that AgroStar is our family. They are very happy. My daughter tells me to work more and more with AgroStar because it is our family. Everyone is happy.
Do you have any dreams or goals that you think AgroStar is helping you achieve?
I want to expand my shop and grow my business. Since joining AgroStar, my business has grown by 60-70%. AgroStar has also been helping me with their new schemes. I can now get a vehicle through AgroStar. They have been assisting me in my future planning for the business as well. The products are of excellent quality, and even the marketing is happening at the ground level. This has been very helpful for me, and the farmers are benefiting.
Is there any team member from AgroStar who has inspired you to bring a positive change in your AgroStar journey?
The entire AgroStar team has been very helpful. I speak with Harun Bhai weekly at the ground level. I also have conversations with Ashish Bhai, Chirag Bhai, and Pratik Bhai from the central team. They provide great support. I am connected with all the AgroStar team members, and they have all helped me. I even have discussions with the company owners, including Sitanshu Sir, about what is happening at the ground level and seek suggestions for our work. Such senior people engaging in conversations and treating me like family is something I have never seen before. This doesn't happen in other companies. AgroStar is like a family.
What message would you like to give to those who want to become AgroStar partners?
AgroStar's products are all excellent. I have provided all the products to farmers, and the results have been good. If the results are good, farmers will keep coming back, and they will also inform their friends about the store. The premium products are of good quality, and the company is doing great marketing. We are having meetings with farmers at the ground level and educating them about the products. This is helping to grow our business.

एग्रोस्टार के बारे में आपको कैसे जानकारी प्राप्त हुई और आपको क्या प्रेरणादायी रहा हमारे मिशन में जुड़ने के लिए?
एग्रोस्टार के बारे में मैं पिछले ५ साल से जानता था , में किसान के रूप में जुड़ा था , मैंने पंप और त्रिपाल मंगाया था , उसके बाद मुझे हारुणभाई और राजीवभाई ने एग्रोस्टार स्टोर के बारे में जानकारी दी , मुझे एग्रोस्टार की सर्विस अच्छी लगती थी , प्रोडक्ट्स होम डिलीवरी हो जाता था , प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी भी बहोत अच्छी थी , मैंने खुद ने भी प्रोडक्ट्स इस्तेमाल किये थे मेरे खेत में तो मुझे पता था , अच्छा प्रोडक्ट है , साथ ही एक छत के निचे सारे प्रोडक्ट्स मिल जाते , सीड्स , हार्डवेयर , किटकनाशक , पोषक तो ये काफी अच्छा लगा मुझे , और एग्रोस्टार से जितने प्रोडक्ट चाहिए उतने मिलते है , बाकी कंपनी में ये सुविधा नहीं है , हमारे यहाँ जो प्रोडक्ट जितना लगता है उतना भी हम माँगा सकते अपने हिसाब से , वो भी अच्छे रेट में मिल जाता था|
ऐसा कोई अनुभव जो किसान मित्र का हो या कोई बातचीत जो साथी मित्र के तोर पे जुड़ने के बाद की हो जो आप हमारे साथ सांझा करना चाहेंगे ?
मेरा शॉप मार्केट यार्ड के अंदर है , तो में अपने एग्रोस्टार के ब्रांडेड प्रोडक्ट काउंटर पे और दूकान के सामने सजाकर रखता हु , ऐसा हुआ की , किसान भाई ने एक बार मेरे शॉप के सारे अपना पंप, त्रिपाल , फ्लोरोफिक्स देखा और वो पूछने मेरे पास आया की ये एग्रोस्टार का प्रोडक्ट आपके शॉप पे कैसे , अब यहाँ मिलेगा क्या हमें सारे एग्रोस्टार के प्रोडक्ट्स तो मैंने बोलै हां अभी सारे एग्रोस्टार के प्रोडक्ट इस एग्रोस्टार की लाल दूकान पर मिलेंगे , आपको जो भी प्रोडक्ट चाहिए आप यहाँ से ले सकते है , तो वो किसान बहोत हुआ और खरीदारी भी करके गया साथ ही अपने मित्रो को भी उसने बताया , की यहाँ अपने एरिया में एग्रोस्टार का शॉप खुला है तो इससे शुरुवात में मुझे काफी मदत मिली , प्रोडक्ट्स देखकर और अपना एग्रोस्टार का बोर्ड।ब्रांडिंग देखकर किसान भाई स्टोर पर आने लगे , किसान बोले अच्छा हुआ अब हमें तुरंत प्रोडक्ट्स मिलेंगे , ३- ४ दिन जो डिलीवरी में लगता था अब हमें आसानी हो जाएगी , मेरा यहाँ MP के भी किसान आने लगे , और प्रोडक्ट्स देखने लगे , धीरे धीरे मेरे स्टोर पे किसान बढ़ गए|
एग्रोस्टार साथी मित्र जुड़ने के बाद आपके पर्सनल और प्रोफेशनल जीवन में क्या बदल आया है ?
पहले प्रोडक्ट्स रेंज ज्यादा नहीं रखता था में स्टोर पे , पर जब से एग्रोस्टार के साथ जुड़ा हु तब से एग्रोस्टार के साथ साथ MNC कंपनी के भी सारे प्रोडक्ट्स एग्रोस्टार से ही लेता हु , इससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रोडक्ट रेंज किसानो को हम दे सकते इससे किसान बार बार आ रहा है और नए किसान भी जुड़ रहे है , पहले हम ज्यादातर ३० % में कॅश में बिजनेस करते थे जब से एग्रोस्टार से जुड़े तबसे कॅश बिज़नेस बड़ा , किसान कॅश पे ही लेकर जाते सारे प्रोडक्ट्स , इसका काफी फायदा हुआ मुझे , अभी ७० % कॅश बिज़नेस चल रहा है, हमारा बिज़नेस में बढ़ोतरी हुई है , अच्छे प्रीमियम ब्रांडेड प्रोडक्ट्स और रिजल्ट के कारण , तो में खुश हु
इससे पहले बहोत साड़ी कंपनी के साथ भी काम किया है पर वो जो फॅमिली वाली फीलिंग है वो एग्रोस्टार के साथ आती है , किसी और कंपनी के साथ नहीं , एग्रोस्टार मेरा जन्मदिन हो या मेरे घरवालों का हो , हमें कुछ न कुछ भेजते है , शुभकामनाये देते है , दिवाली , होली फेस्टिवल पे कुछ न कुछ भेजते है हमें , परिवार को , हमको लगता नहीं की हम किसी कंपनी के साथ जुड़े है , हमें लगता की एक परिवार के साथ जुड़े है|
आपके परिवार और रिश्तेदारों को कैसा लगता है की आप एग्रोस्टार परिवार के साथ काम कर रहे है ?
मेरे परिवार के जन्मदिन को भी एग्रोस्टार से केक आता है , परिवार जैसा फीलिंग मिलता है , मेरे परिवार को भी लगता है की एग्रोस्टार हमारा परिवार है , वो बहोत खुश है , मेरे बेटी मुझे बोलती है आप ज्यादा से ज्यादा एग्रोस्टार का काम करो , वो हमारा परिवार है , तो सब लोग खुश है|
आपके ऐसे क्या सपने या धेय है जो आपको लगता है की एग्रोस्टार पुरे करने में मदत कर रहा है ?
मुझे अपनी दूकान को बड़ा करना है , बिज़नेस बड़ा करना है , मेरा बिज़नेस ६० - ७० % बड़ा है एग्रोस्टार के साथ जुड़ने से , और अपनी जो नया स्किम आया है , उसमे मुझे गाडी जितना है , इसमें भी एग्रोस्टार का मदत मिल रहा है , मेरे फ्यूचर प्लानिंग बिज़नेस में भी एग्रोस्टार मदत कर रहा है , प्रोडक्ट्स बहोत अच्छे है , अभी मार्केटिंग ग्राउंड लेवल पे भी हो रहा है इससे मुझे बहोत मदत मिल रही है , किसान बाद रहे है|
आप एग्रोस्टार में से किसी टीम मेंबर का नाम लेना चाहेंगे जिसने आपको एग्रोस्टार जर्नी में सकारात्मक बदल करने में प्रेरित किया है ?
सारे एग्रोस्टार टीम ने मुझे बहोत मदत किया है , राजीव भाई , हारून भाई इनके साथ वीकली में बात करता हु ग्राउंड लेवल पे , साथ ही सेंट्रल टीम से आशीष भाई , चिराग भाई , प्रतिक भाई बात करते है , बहोत सपोर्ट करते है , में हर एग्रोस्टार लोगों से कनेक्टेड हु , मुझे सभी ने हेल्प किया है , बात करू तो कंपनी के सारे ओनर सितांशु सर भी मुझसे बात करते है , ग्राउंड लेवल पे क्या चल रहा है , क्या सुझाव है , जिसपे हम काम करे पूछते है , तो इतने बड़े लोग बात करते है , कंपनी का मालिक भी फॅमिली की तरह बात करते है , ऐसा कही न देखा , दूसरा कंपनी में ऐसे नहीं ही , तो एग्रोस्टार एक परिवार है|
