Here are excerpts from our conversation with Ankit Pandey, an AgroStar Saathi partner based out of Uttar Pradesh:
How did you come to know about AgroStar and what inspired you to join our mission?
Mr. Matasram Varma provided me with complete information about AgroStar. So, I thought, why not? I downloaded the AgroStar app on my mobile. I believed that I would get good quality products, and the scan and earn feature would benefit the farmers. With this thought, I joined the AgroStar family, and I decided to provide AgroStar products to farmers. I felt adding the AgroStar board and AgroStar's name will help me grow with them. Additionally, I found it fascinating that all the products, such as seeds, hardware, pesticides, and fertilizers, were available under one roof. I'm excited to help farmers by providing them with excellent products through AgroStar. This is how I connected with AgroStar.
Is there any experience as a farmer or any conversation as a Saathi partner that you would like to share with us?
I provided Rapigen from AgroStar to the farmers, and they were delighted with the excellent results they achieved. Moreover, a farmer came to buy urea three months ago, but I told him about Bhumika (AgroStar own brand product). He applied Bhumika on his field, and the field turned lush green. Now, the farmer only takes Bhumika for his crops. He is extremely happy with the results. Another farmer used Bhumika on sugarcane, and he came to share the positive outcomes with me. Many other products of AgroStar have also shown excellent results. There's a village called Takia near my place, and there's a farmer named Ved Prakash Tiwari who used to purchase AgroStar products online. When he found out that an AgroStar store opened near his village, he was overjoyed. Since then, he has been buying products from me for the last one and a half years.
How has your personal and professional life changed after becoming an AgroStar Saathi partner?
Now, I provide AgroStar products to farmers, and I try to make every household aware of the excellent quality of our products. I take samples of our products to every village and show them to the farmers. Additionally, I offer home delivery of products up to five kilometres to the farmers. My business has grown significantly since joining AgroStar, and I am receiving a lot of respect. This is a matter of immense pride for me. Since the red AgroStar board was installed at my store, my life has been going well. I am grateful for all the awards and recognition I have received from AgroStar. My family is also very happy and content.
How do your family and relatives feel about you working with AgroStar?
When I received appreciation letters and trophies, I posted them on Facebook and WhatsApp. This made my grandmother, wife, and child very happy. Even my relatives believe that I am doing well working with a good company. The respect and honour I am receiving from AgroStar are beyond measure.
In April 2023, I was recognized as the top seller of Rapigen products, and this brought immense joy to my family. They were delighted to see the trophy, certificate, and gifts I received. This month too, I was honoured as the top seller of Class A and Class B products, and my family feels very proud and happy about it. They love the fact that I provide quality AgroStar products to the farmers, and my growth is visible. I am grateful for all the happiness AgroStar has brought to my life.
Do you have any dreams or goals that you think AgroStar is helping you achieve?
My dream is to do such great work that people respect my family and recognise my name. With this in mind, I strive to provide farmers with excellent products from AgroStar. AgroStar is helping me fulfil my dream as they have trusted me, helped me, and honoured me with various awards. I am grateful to Sitanshu Sir, co-founder of AgroStar, for creating such a fantastic company that connects all of us. We work like a big family, and I am thankful for this opportunity. AgroStar is supporting me in every possible way to achieve my dreams.
Is there any team member from AgroStar who has inspired you to bring a positive change in your AgroStar journey?
I am thankful to every AgroStar official, but I am especially grateful to Dharmendra Sir. Even though I have so many responsibilities and work at the counter, in marketing, and in other areas, Dharmendra Sir calls me at least 3-4 times a day to check if I need any assistance with orders or billing. He helps me remember what products I've purchased and used. His reminders are invaluable, and I truly appreciate him. Additionally, I would like to thank Vibhag Sir. We all work together like one big family, and everyone is a Kohinoor here. I am thankful to AgroStar as a whole for supporting and honouring me.
What message would you like to give to those who want to become AgroStar partners?
I would like to tell all prospective Saathi Partners that becoming part of AgroStar is a fortunate opportunity. Work with enthusiasm and dedication because such a company has not existed before and will not exist in the future. The management, officials, and the owner, Sitanshu Sir, deserve my heartfelt gratitude for creating AgroStar. The company not only provides products but also offers programs and business opportunities. It's a complete package of fun and business. We all get the opportunity to work under one roof, and AgroStar is providing us with respect and support. So, I salute the AgroStar family. My family is very proud and happy because of our association with AgroStar.

एग्रोस्टार के बारे में आपको कैसे जानकारी प्राप्त हुई और आपको क्या प्रेरणादायी रहा हमारे मिशन में जुड़ने के लिए?
मतसराम वर्मा सर ने मुझे एग्रोस्टार कंपनी के बारे में पूरी जानकारी दी , तो मैंने सोचा , ठीक है , फिर मोबाइल पे एग्रोस्टार ऍप डाउनलोड किया , अच्छे प्रोडक्ट्स और गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रोडक्ट्स मुझे मिलेंगे और साथ ही स्कैन एंड अर्न का भी किसानो को फायदा होगा ये सोचके में एग्रोस्टार परिवार के साथ जुड़ा , मेरे दिमाग में ये था की एग्रोस्टार का बोर्ड लगाऊंगा तो सारे एग्रोस्टार के प्रोडक्ट्स ही बेचूंगा , एग्रोस्टार का नाम आगे बढ़ाऊंगा , यही सोचा।साथ ही एक छत के निचे सारे प्रोडक्ट्स मिल जाते , सीड्स , हार्डवेयर , किटकनाशक , पोषक तो ये काफी अच्छा लगा मुझे।एग्रोस्टार के साथ जुड़के किसानो की मदत करूँगा अच्छे प्रोडक्ट्स देकर यही सके में जुड़ा|
ऐसा कोई अनुभव जो किसान मित्र का हो या कोई बातचीत जो साथी मित्र के तोर पे जुड़ने के बाद की हो जो आप हमारे साथ सांझा करना चाहेंगे ?
मैंने किसानो को अपना एग्रोस्टार का RAPIGEN दिया और इतना अच्छा परिणाम किसानो को मिला की वो बहोत खुश हुए , साथ ही तीन महीने एक किसान आया था यूरिया लेने को पर मैंने उसको भूमिका के बारे में बताया , तो उसने भूमिका अपने खेत में डाला , और खेत इतना हराभरा हो गया की वो किसान अब भूमिका ही ले जाता है , बहोत खुश है भूमिका के रिजल्ट से , एक किसान ने गन्ने में भूमिका डाला था , वो मुझे रिजल्ट बताने आया था , बहोत खुश था , साथ ही , अपना glyclean , वीडलिफ्ट का भी बहोत अच्छा रिजल्ट आया है , मेरे गांव के पास तकिया नाम का एक गांव है , वहां वेदप्रकाश तिवारी जी नाम के एक किसान है , जो ऑनलाइन खरदीदारी करते थे एग्रोस्टार से , जब उनको पता चला की मेरे गांव के पास अब एग्रोस्टार का दूकान खुला है तो वो बहोत खुश हुए , अभी तो पिछले १.५ साल से वो मेरे यहाँ से प्रोडक्ट्स खरीदते है।
एग्रोस्टार साथी मित्र जुड़ने के बाद आपके पर्सनल और प्रोफेशनल जीवन में क्या बदल आया है ?
अब में किसानो को अपने एग्रोस्टार के प्रोडक्ट्स का मार्केटिंग भी करता हु , ताकि हर घर में पता चले की अपने प्रोडक्ट्स का क्वालिटी बहोत अच्छा है , में हर गांव में अपने प्रोडक्ट्स का सैंपल लेके जाता हु और किसानो को दिखाता हु , साथ ही ५ किलोमीटर तक होम डिलीवरी भी किसानो को देता हु , मेरे दूकान के साथ किसान भाई बहोत जुड़े है एग्रोस्टार के साथ जुड़ने के बाद म और मेरा बिसनेस भी अच्छा ख़ासा बढ़ा है , मुझे सन्मान मिल रहा है , ये बहोत गर्व की बात है , में बहोत सौभाग्यशाली हु की जब से ये एग्रोस्टार का लाल बोर्ड मेरे दूकान पे लगा है , मेरे जीवन में सब अच्छा ही हो रहा है , अप्रैल में जो साथी सफल मीट हुआ था उसमे मुझे सबसे अधिक rapigen प्रोडक्ट खरदीदारी पे सम्मानित किया गया , इससे मेरे परिवार को भी बहोत ख़ुशी हुई , की मुझे इतना सन्मान मिला , ट्रॉफी , सर्टिफिकेट और गिफ्ट मिला। इस महीने में भी मुझे सबसे अधिक क्लास A और क्लास ब प्रोडक्ट्स खरदीदारी के लिए सन्मानित किया गया तो इससे परिवार वाले बहोत गर्व महसूस करते है , उनको अच्छा लगता है , एग्रोस्टार के गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रोडक्ट्स किसानो को देता हु , मेरा ग्रोथ अच्छा हो रहा है , में शब्दों में भी बयां नहीं कर पा रहा हु , में हर पल एग्रोस्टार को धन्यवाद बोलता रहता हु|
आपके परिवार और रिश्तेदारों को कैसा लगता है की आप एग्रोस्टार परिवार के साथ काम कर रहे है ?
मुझे जो सन्मान पत्र और ट्रॉफी मिला तो मैंने उसका फोटो फेसबुक व्हाट्सप्प पे लगाया था तो मेरी दादी , पत्नी , मेरा बचा बहोत खुश हुए थे , और रिश्तेदारों को भी लगता है की , अच्छी कंपनी के साथ अच्छा काम कर रहा हु तो मेरा नाम है , सन्मान से बढाकर कुछ नहीं है , अभी मेरे खरीफ इन्वेस्टमेंट स्किम में २५ लाख पुरे होने वाले है और उसपे मुझे गाडी गिफ्ट मिलेगा , ये में घरवालों को सरप्राइज देने वाला हु , उनको अभी तक बताया नहीं है , तो ये मौका एग्रोस्टार दे रहा है तो में धन्यवाद कहूंगा , जब उनको पता चलेगा तो उनके आँखों में ख़ुशी के आंसू आएंगे , की मेरे बेटे ने कर दिखाया , वो ख़ुशी अलग ही होगी , पिछले ३३ साल में मुझे इतना सन्मान कभी नहीं मिला जो एग्रोस्टार के साथ काम करते हुए मुझे मिल रहा है , इसलिए में एग्रोस्टार परिवार को सलूट करता हु। मेरा परिवार बहोत खुश है|
आपके ऐसे क्या सपने या धेय है जो आपको लगता है की एग्रोस्टार पुरे करने में मदत कर रहा है ?
में इतना अच्छा काम करना चाहता हु की लोग मेरे घरवालों का सन्मान करे ,मेरे नाम से उनको जाने , इसलिए में अच्छे प्रोडक्ट्स अपने किसानो को देना चाहता हु और दे रहा हु , इसमें मुझे एग्रोस्टार परिवार बहोत सन्मान दे रहा है तो मेरा सपना पूरा हो रहा है , जैसे मुझे विश्वास दे रहा है , मदत कर रहा है , मुझे कही अवार्ड्स भी मिले है एग्रोस्टार से , तो मेरा सपना पूरा हो रहा है |
आप एग्रोस्टार में से किसी टीम मेंबर का नाम लेना चाहेंगे जिसने आपको एग्रोस्टार जर्नी में सकारात्मक बदल करने में प्रेरित किया है ?
एग्रोस्टार के हर अधिकारी का में आभारी हु , सबसे ज्यादा धर्मेंद्र सर , में इतनी भीड़ में रहता हु , काउंटर सेल देखता हु , मार्केटिंग है , पर इसमें धर्मेंद्र सर दिन में काम से काम ३ - ४ बार कॉल करते है , पांडेय जी क्या आर्डर करना है आपको , क्या बिलिंग होना है , याद नहीं रहता मुझे क्या क्या माल गया , क्या खतम हो गया , उनके याद दिलाने से हम चेक करते है , वो याद दिलाते है , इसके लिए थैंक्यू सो मच धर्मेंद्र जी
इसके बाद विभोग सर को धन्यवाद करूँगा , सब परिवार के तरह काम करते है , सब कोहिनूर है , में बहोत आभारी हु , ये सारी चीजे एक साथ एक छत के निचे सबको नहीं मिलती पर मुझे मिली है , इसके लिए में बहोत आभारी हु , पांडेय उर्वरक भंडार या ग्रोथ मेरे अकेले का नहीं है , इसमें सभी एग्रोस्टार का योगदान है|
जो एग्रोस्टार साथी बनना चाहते है उनको आप क्या सन्देश देना चाहेंगे ?
में सभी साथी मित्रों को बोलना चाहता हु की , जिसका सौभाग्य वाला वो काउंटर होगा जिसको एग्रोस्टार का साथ मिलेगा , खूब मन से दिल लगाके काम कीजिये क्योंकि ऐसी कंपनी है जो ना कोई भारत में हुई है ना होगी , इसकी व्यवस्ता , अधिकारी जो है और मालिक जो है सितांशु सर , उनको में साष्टांग प्रणाम करता हु क्योंकि उन्होंने एग्रोस्टार को पैदा किया और उसीसे हम सब लोग आपसे जुड़े , एग्रोस्टार परिवार आपका सपना पूरा करेगा , ये सिर्फ प्रोडक्ट नहीं देते , तो पूरा मजा भी करते , प्रोग्राम भी कराते और बिज़नेस भी , सब साथ में मिलेगा , सन्मान मिलेगा एग्रोस्टार के साथ|
